These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the EnchantingSEO application (“App”) operated by EnchantingLabs Pte. Ltd. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using EnchantingSEO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not install or use the App.

Description of Service

EnchantingSEO is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered SEO optimization services, including:

  • Generation of SEO-optimized titles and descriptions
  • Creation of image alt text
  • SEO audit and analysis tools
  • Bulk SEO content generation

User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your Shopify store complies with all applicable laws
  • Reviewing and approving generated SEO content before publication
  • Maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials
  • Using the App in accordance with Shopify’s Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EnchantingLabs Pte. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated SEO content becomes the property of the merchant upon approval and publication to their store.

Payment and Subscription

The App may be offered on a subscription basis with fees charged through your Shopify account. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Shopify’s policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnchantingLabs Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or notifying users. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
